The Waves of Change

The Simon Says Stamps Wednesday challenge this week is to use more than one die or punch.  I combined a couple of dies with a favorite quote stamp to make a card for a friend who will be moving away soon:

Here are the supplies that I used:
**Paper from Club Scrap.

**Dolphin die is from Die-Versions, border die is an old one from C.C Designs (neither seem to be available anymore).

**The background piece was an art orphan made with Color Burst (I believe it was Indigo, Alizarin Crimson and Violet).  Amethyst Club Scrap ink used on the edges.  

**Sentiment stamp is from Club Scrap (Transformations kit) stamped with Distress Embossing ink, embossed with Metallic Purple Zing EP.

**The dolphin die is colored with Distress Markers (Peeled Paint, Shabby Shutters, Fossilized Amber, Candied Apple, Dusty Concord and Salty Ocean).  I put on a “top coat” of Clear Wink of Stella to add a little shimmer.

**Ribbon is upcycled.
